Learning How We Breath - Lung Science Experiment

16th Dec 2020

P7T have enjoyed learning about the Human Body over the last couple of weeks. There has been many wonderful questions about the many different organs and their functions. Today, we learned about the lungs, and how they work. Secondly, only to our Hearts, the Diaphragm is the most important muscle in the body. It allows us to breathe and controls our intake of air. Pupils were tasked to try to recreate its functionality using some plastic bottles, bin liner, a rubber band and a balloon. As you can see, they did a great job. :-)
