P7s have been working hard over the last couple of weeks to finish their Christmas stockings - don’t they look fantastic!!
The Nursery children went on a very important mission to find Santa’s presents that had been scattered around Parkanaur Forest Park. They met the reindeer, Santa’s robin and some elves helped us out too. It was such an exciting day.
The Nursery children were so excited when our special visitor arrived.
We had a great time playing pass the parcel, musical statues, showing off our dance moves, catching bubbles, eating party food and playing with the balloons. Christmas is such great fun!
P7T created some wonderful Climate Change projects in November. Today, they have committed to helping the Climate Change effort. They hate pollution and want to make change to make the world a better place. They hate pollution!
P7T did a great job in their technology project creating their inflatable lungs. The bin bag acts as the diaphragm muscle pulling air into our lungs. In this project, the balloon acts as our lungs, where air is literally pulled in an airtight container (plastic bottle). The children did a great job creating them. Pupils explained the process very well in the video. Well done P7T.
P7T have been learning about the Human this term and put this knowledge to Art form by creating different bodies in motion. They used different circles to create their body structures and then used this to create different movements. With painted backgrounds, pupils created their masterpieces. Great job, P7.
P7s enjoyed making Melting Snowmen Biscuits and drinking hot chocolate as a little pre-Christmas treat this week!
