The children have had lots of fun while keeping fit and active during their weekly P.E. Sessions. In Term 2 they have been working on their speed, strength and agility.
The boys and girls in Primary 1 enjoyed planting broad beans today as part of our ‘Spring’ topic in World Around Us. We are looking forward to watching them grow! 🪴
Primary 3 enjoying taking part in a STEM lesson experimenting with types of seeds and oats for birds. The children loved moulding fat balls for our school garden!
They also loved using dead leaves, twigs and moss to create bird nests........
P3 think outdoor learning is the best........
Congratulations to Jackson on receiving the Healthy Kidz Star award last week🏃♂️
Throughout the school each class has a energy monitor and eco warriors.
💡Energy monitor is in charge of turning off and on the lights.
♻️ Eco Warriors are in charge of emptying their classes recycling bin into one of the large green bins around the school.
P3 had fun making different sized beaks using a range of materials. We were able to test our beaks out and see if they could pick up some bird seed.
We also made bird nests using a yogurt pot, feathers and shredded paper.
