The boys and girls enjoyed working with wires, bulbs and batteries today to test if given circuits were complete or incomplete.
This morning we welcomed our friends from Presentation PS for our first Shared Education day. Our lessons will be based on our WAU topic WW2. After playing some ‘Getting to know you’ games, we discussed and shared what we already know and what we’d like to learn about WW2. Then we did some research to complete a timeline. We finished off with story time and some singing. We all had a great day.
Today we enjoyed lots of Christmas activities including singing songs, playing party games such as ‘Pin the nose on Rudolph’, musical statues and pass the parcel, Christmas colouring and having a yummy party snack. A wonderful end to Term 1!
P3WT and P3F enjoyed their first Christmas Disco together!! DJ Paul was amazing with all of his party tunes. The dance moves were giving the teachers a challenge on the floor.
Games, singing, dancing and food what more would anyone need!!
What great fun we had today with music, games, balloons and even a visit from Santa!🎅
We had a very exciting time on Monday when Alan visited us with his ‘Wee Critters’. We met a hissing a cockroach, a tarantula, a boa constrictor, Trevor the toad amongst others. Alan told us lots of interesting information about his wee critters and the rainforests in which they live. It was a fabulous morning and the children learnt lots about these little animals.
