We had a fantastic day in the sun at Streamvale Farm! We went on a tractor ride, fed lots of animals and found out lots of interesting information about life on the farm!

We have been developing our fine motor skills, learning about the life cycle of a butterfly and enjoyed learning all about minibeasts!
This week we have been learning how to draw our faces, making sure our features are in the right place and in proportion. We love singing along as we work.
Way back in the autumn, the children planted chestnuts and acorns. They had to be very patient as it was not until late spring when we began to see signs of growth. This caused great excitement. Today they brought home their seedlings to be grown on and planted out at a later date.
