What a lot of exploring we have done this month! We have been on Autumn walks, collected, raked and sorted leaves. Pine cones and conkers have featured in out play both indoors and out and we have been talking about all the autumn animals. We have been exploring all the different autumn colours and enjoying lots of art activities. We are looking after our Nursery by keeping it tidy and making sure all our resources are tidied away.

Congratulations to our apple character winners, Mathletics certificate winners and celebration assembly winners. P4S were also awarded the ‘Mathletes of the month’ title for amassing a total of 109 980 activity points!! Well done to all.

This week the children did a super job of turning shoeboxes into tropical rainforests with lots of jungle animals and colourful plants!

October; A lovely month exploring all things Autumn!We have been on lots of Autumn walks; collected, raked and sorted the leaves. We have been using conkers/ acorns and pine cones in our play and even talking about nocturnal animals. We have been exploring the different colours associated with Autumn and enjoyed lots of art activites. We are now staying for dinner and are trying hard to use cutlery. We are working together at tidy up time to ensure everything is put back in the right place.

Today P7MM and P7L came together in the assembly hall to take part in a practical maths activity using Izak 9. We worked in teams to problem solve and carry out the timed tasks.
