P5D have loved getting settled back into school routine and especially the Healthy Kidz sessions with Stevo and new coach Emily. Here are some photos to show what they have been doing this week.

On Friday we used digit cards and the mathematical symbols ‘+’ and ‘=‘ to make numbers. We all enjoyed working with our partners. Some clever children manipulated the ‘+’  to make it ‘X’ and were able to make big numbers. Well done!

This week we have had a fun filled and very exciting time. We have learned how to log into Mathletics for the very first time, we used play dough and Lego and role play linked to our WAU topic- Minibeasts!

  We have explored 2D shapes around our school environment and learned a new brain break song “The Wiggle Dance”.   To finish the week we celebrated Mrs White's birthday by having doughnuts together.   We just love this year so far. Have a good look at the photos……….

Primary 3 enjoyed taking part in lots of new and exciting activities!  From learning about pairs of shoes, counting in pairs, beginning to paint and designing new patterns to lego models and Numeracy games....... they are loving all the new equipment and listening so well to instructions!

P5D have enjoyed settling into their new classroom and have been busy thinking about what they want to do in the future. There was lots of great discussions about what jobs they would like to do when they are older. Have a look at some of the photos showing what they think might be their future careers.
