P3WA had a super fun assembly when iRock visited us to teach us about music and play some great rock tunes! Let's hope some boys and girls get signed up to play in our school rock band.
We also enjoyed learning about iZak9 and using the cubes to work in groups and learn about; number order, arranging patterns and following instructions.
We also made recycled art models of minibeasts in Art this week.

We were very fortunate to have the Reverend William Orr leading our assembly this morning. He talked the story of Lazarus in the Bible and the importance of having Jesus in our lives.

On Thursday 3rd October we had a real life Ancient Egyptian came to visit P5D. The boys and girls got to learn all about life in Ancient Egypt. It was a very interesting afternoon that they all throughly enjoyed.

We’ve had a great first month in P4. We’ve been measuring outdoors and we’ve painted and created fabulous fabric trees as part of our WAU topic for this term. We are really pleased with our display.

What a lovely September we have had getting to know each other and learn the Nursery routines. A very happy group of children. 😊

We all had super fun in ABL this week! We were building Bees with lego, moulding caterpillars and butterflies from play dough. We even learnt about a family roleplay area and found rhyming words with our Literacy games.

In P5P today, we trialled Minecraft Education. As well as developing Coding capabilities, Minecraft Education is an excellent way to expand imagination and creativity, strengthen problem solving skills and also develop the ability to collaborate and work together. It’s also great fun!
