Our topic this term is ‘Bears’. We have been learning all about different types of bears. Some children enjoyed playing in the role play area pretending to be in the Three Bears’ Cottage.

We enjoyed an afternoon of carols, readings, prayers and were reminded of the true meaning of Christmas as we celebrated together St Columba's Parish Church.
The Postman visited us to deliver all our Christmas cards.
We had lots of fun at our Christmas Party and had a very special visitor join us!
We were very busy this month decorating our Nursery and putting up our Christmas tree. We made salt dough decorations and glittery star decorations for our tree! You can see us building a chimney for Santa Claus, painting Christmas trees and stockings, fishing for glittery gold stars, writing letters to Santa and cards for our family. The best bit was dressing up like Santa in the role play area!
