Both P2 classes got together to investigate what happened when plastic, wood, metal and paper were placed in water. We went back to our classes and recorded our findings.
We enjoyed our first trip with our shared education school Christian Brothers. It was great fun playing with our new friends in Peter Pan’s and having snack together.

P5DK took part in their Shared Education project during November. The project initially looked at the similarities and differences that exist between themselves and the P5 children from Presentation PS. They then completed a series of lessons looking at different places of worship which included; St. Columba's COI, St Patrick's RC and a Jewish Synagogue. P5DK have been learning how to complete a Numeracy activity on the SEESAW App. They were learning how to tell the time and instead of doing a written activity in their school book, Mrs Davison asked them to complete a task using the I pads. This month our topic has been 'Homes' and we have been learning about Goldilocks visiting the 3 bears house. We have been busy exploring colour and size as we engaged in sorting and matching activities. It was good fun blowing BIG bubbles in the water and investigating how to mix colours to make a brown colour to use in our paintings. Have a look at all the fun we have been having but there was lots lots more!
We made bear shaped Cookies in nursery.
