From Monday 17th-23rd January, Hart Memorial took part in Energy Saving Week. It is a national campaign with the aim to help and encourage people to save energy while cutting down on fuel costs at the same time.

Our eco-committee went round to check that classroom lights had been switched off when no one was in the room. They recorded the results and during our eco meeting we picked the top classes- Mrs Clarke P6 and Miss Harrison P3. Well done!! 🌟

Thank you to P4 Miss Rowland’s class who ran a poster competition on raising awareness about saving energy. Their posters will be displayed around the school to highlight the importance of this .🔋💡
