Well done to P3FW, the KS1 Mathletics Winners. They earned this by showing great effort, consistent online participation and achieving high curriculum points. As a reward, they enjoyed exclusive use of the inflatable obstacle courses on the field this afternoon.

During ABL (Activity Based Learning), the children planted their own sunflower seeds, made a paper and card bird using a muffin case as the base, and dressed up as ‘twitchers’ - people who are very keen bird watchers. The sunflower seeds in their pots have been taken home and should be kept moist.  They can be planted out when the seedlings are strong.  These are the dwarf variety so won’t grow too tall.

We lost an hour this weekend and some of the children were tired so we did some gentle hand massage and gentle fanning as our nurture activities. As always, the children were asked if they gave permission for their partner to touch their hands and extra sensitive moisturising cream was used.
