Big congratulations to 11 children who got placed in the recent Orienteering competition. The children had a great morning at Navan centre recieving their medals and certificates.
P6 children attended an orienteering training day on Thursday 11th April at the Palace Stables, Armagh. The day ended with fun at the Park.
Most after school activities finish today, Friday 29 March 2019. If a club or a booster programme has additional sessions next week or the one after, you will have been informed by the leader in writing.
The term 3 after school activities timetable will be out straight after the Easter holidays, with clubs recommencing on Wednesday 8 May 2019.
We talked about emotions and designed our own t-shirts. Fantastic creativity, P6!
Big well done to the girls. The girls did a fantastic job mentoring selected P3 children for their reading. The 4 girls were awarded with a goodie bag at the the end of the programme. Fantastic work!
P6H took part in their Shared Education project during January. The project initially looked at different cultures and sporting symbols. Then the children completed a series of sporting lessons down at Portadown Peoples Park. The children were taught the history and techinques of differnt sports, which included; Soccer, Hockey, Rugby and Gaelic. The children had great fun learning all about the different sports.
