The boys and girls have enjoyed learning about ‘Our World’ in their WAU lessons this half term. Today they got the opportunity to learn by working in groups to play games and build jigsaws. Lots of learning and fun had by all.
We were delighted to have Laurence, from Hope Community Church, leading our assembly today.
He sang us a song he wrote himself about Jesus, the Sovereign King.
He spoke about the message and significance of Palm Sunday and the amazing events of Easter.
This data was analysed in January and February and we are now pleased to provide you with the results. Alongside the results, we have also included comments to answer any queries etc which were raised. Please read and consider these carefully.
As a school, we were absolutely delighted with the results of the survey and the high regard which you have for our school.
Moving forward, we will be using this data, and many other data sources, to help steer our school for the next 3 years.

P5D celebrated World Maths Day today as they were away on a trip last Friday. They had a very busy day starting with Mathletics and Times Tables Rock Stars. Then it was into the school hall to complete lots of physical Numeracy activities. The day was finished by working in pairs to work through Numeracy challenges.
A super busy and exciting morning in P5D today as we had Orlagh in class working with the children on the ‘Our City’ project. Orlagh discussed with the children the differences between a village, town and city. They got to see how a city operates, jobs that are needed and businesses that are open.
P5D enjoyed a wonderful art workshop at the Armagh Museum that was run by Orlaith Cullinane. The children got to view the AE Russell exhibition and used it as inspiration to learn techniques to create their own 3D pop up artworks on the theme of ‘From the Sea’ using chalk pastels, paper folding and lots of imagination.
