The children have been learning about the importance of kind words and kind actions this week. Here are some of the activities the children have participated in.
Primary 3 were learning all about Anti-bullying week by using this year’s theme- one kind word!!
They watched kindness videos, chose a person in the class to be kind to for the next week and designed a kindness tree.
Kindness is the key to happiness and it is FREE!
The children loved their topic on Vikings and they produced excellent pieces of work, exploring different aspects of life as a Viking. We have displayed this work outside our classroom and thought we would share with you.
Well done to Corey and Charlie for earning the October certificates.
Corey earned his certificate for scoring very well in all of his AR tests and Charlie earned his certificate for approaching all tasks with a positive attitude.

P6 had a fantastic day on their class trip to Navan Centre and Fort, on Friday. The class got to participate in a number of workshops, which allowed them to experience how life would have been like during the time of the Vikings.
P7 had great fun thinking of words and phrases, that will encourage others and make them happy. They wanted to spread the positivity of One Kind Word.
