In P7T, we discussed about dealing with our worries. This was an insight into pupil thinking as many concerns came to the fore like: thinking ahead to Clounagh, homework and changing friendships when heading into year 8. We talked about how we can deal with our worries, and what we can do to relax and reach a calmer state of mind.
