Lots of fun was had by the children as they explored their indoor and outdoor learning areas.
Our topic of learning this term has been 'Toys' and during WAU we found out that before there were TV's and computer's in our homes, Puppet Shows were a popular means of entertainment for children. We had great fun making our own wooden spoon puppets to use in our Role Play Puppet Theatre. Don't they look fabulous!

A Visit from Eamon the Paramedic
We had good fun when Eamon visited nursery to tell us all about the role of a paramedic and ambulance service.
We made our own clocks to use during Numeracy lessons this week. Thanks to Miss Rowland for all her preparation.The children enjoyed doing this and they look so colorful.
The children enjoyed looking at pictures of things from the past and finding out what they were.
P5P had a fun visit from Katherine and Ellen, representing The Dairy Council. Through fun activities, the girls explained to the children how to achieve a Healthy diet and the benefits that go along with this.
The children were set a technology challenge to make a toy with junk materials. Have a look at their fabulous creative ideas.
Qualifying Tournament Success
Hart won the Jones 5 a side Football Qualifying Tournament held at The Football Warehouse on Friday 15th February. Well done to all of the boys!
