The children have had lots of fun exploring Old and New Toys while enjoying their playtime.
Trip to Tesco
We had a lovely morning out shopping for our snack in Tesco. Before we went we talked about what items we needed and wrote out a shopping list. It was good fun looking at all the colourful fruits and vegetables, talking to the butcher, fishmonger and visiting the bakery. The best bit was taking turns to be the shop keeper and scan all the items in our basket!
Today the children took part in a Toy Workshop at Armagh County Museum. They had an fantastic experience learning about Toys from the Past, the materials they were made from and exploring how they move. Great fun was had by all. Many thanks to Sarah and staff for an truely enjoyable time and to our volunteer parents for coming along.
The children have been meeting with the girls and boys from Presentation Primary School during recent weeks. Have a look at all the fun activities they have been enjoying as they get to know each other.
The children are learning lots of new skills while working together as a team during games with Steve from the Healthy Kidz Programme.
