This week the children did a super job of turning shoeboxes into tropical rainforests with lots of jungle animals and colourful plants!
October; A lovely month exploring all things Autumn!We have been on lots of Autumn walks; collected, raked and sorted the leaves. We have been using conkers/ acorns and pine cones in our play and even talking about nocturnal animals. We have been exploring the different colours associated with Autumn and enjoyed lots of art activites. We are now staying for dinner and are trying hard to use cutlery. We are working together at tidy up time to ensure everything is put back in the right place.
We have been busy exploring Halloween with Lego, play dough, art and craft. We have also thoroughly enjoyed the WAU Minibeast topic this term.

On Friday 20th October P5D performed an Egyptian class assembly for their parents and all of the KS2 children in school. They were truly fantastic throughout the whole performance! Here are a few photos to show what they did during the assembly.
