We had a wonderful workshop from the Chinese Confucius Society from the University of Ulster. Yuan came into our classroom and demonstrated how to use chopsticks. She then challenged us to use them to eat popcorn! Some of us found it easier than others, but despite that, all the popcorn was eaten!!!
