We decorated our classroom door for World Book Day as the book cover of Jack and the Beanstalk. We have been doing lots of work around this story as part of our WAU topic of Growth.
Mrs McClelland brought Morgan, Bert and Ted to visit. We wrote some excellent sentences describing them.
We measured the length of items using cubes. We had to work out which was the longest and which was the shortest.

There was great excitement in P2LM before the Christmas break, as we all got to meet Santa!!
We have been learning about odd and even numbers. We had to deliver letters to the different house numbers but which side of the street is it on?
P2LM did lots of work with this story. We enjoyed listening to it and acting parts out. We looked at different characters and the role they played in the story. We created our own Little Red Riding Hood in Art and used the Chatterpix app to make her talk😁. We had so much fun and learned so much.
