Today we went outside to find leaves and sticks to write calculations for double numbers.
We have been learning about capital letter and full stops. Today we made capital letters and fulls stops in our sentences with play dough. We had so much fun!!
We enjoyed using the Izak9 cubes in P3T.
We were able to arrange the numbers from smallest to biggest using single digits only, find odd and even numbers.
We used the app 'doddleart' to draw pictures of minibeasts on the iPads.
We enjoyed changing the size and colour of the brush to create a minibeast.
All P3 children enjoyed making mini pizzas today to complete our ‘Bread Topic’. Everyone enjoyed choosing their favourite topping and I know the children cannot wait to get these in the oven to melt that cheese and taste the great flavours that they added!!

All the children enjoyed a super afternoon with coach Steve and our P7 helper Erik to take part in a wide variety of activities including:
competitive running
speed jumps
distance throwing with weighted balls
an obstacle course
and a fun penalty shout out
Even Ms Thompson had a good shot at the goals!
Wow! What a super day of fun number games and outdoor learning with a numbers.
P3T were bowling, finding number treasure, took part in a number circuits class outside and played many, many wonderful exciting games!
They all looked incredible dressing up for digits day!

The children were so glad to be able to play together and chat about their favourite bread type. Our new topic for WAU is bread and what fun buying and selling in our class Bakery.
They also enjoyed moulding breads in play dough and creating a bakery shop in Lego this week.
