P3T enjoy learning about Numeracy through Mathletics tasks and Scratch Junior for directing characters, making characters move and change directions. Exploring is so much fun!!
P3T explored the school grounds to learn about 3D shapes in the environment. They found cylinder drainpipes, cone shaped bins, cylinder goal posts and cuboid flower pots!
It’s soooooo much fun doing Numeracy outside!
We are learning about celebrations in our WAU topic. Today P3T were learning why we remember those soldiers from World War One and painting their own version of a Poppy!

P3T were following instructions as part of their Literacy lesson. They enjoyed learning about how to make ice cream in a bag. Even Mrs Thompson was surprised at how GOOD it tasted!
Some lucky boys and girls received prizes for Mathletics and special prizes for a school “social distancing” poster competition held by our Board of Governors.
Proud winners took home some great gifts!
Everyone totally engrossed in sketching a beautiful butterfly for our World Around Us theme- Minibeasts! The very artistic children created wonderful masterpieces.
P3T explored using different containers and various amounts of water to explore language of more, less, least amount, most amount. They were also very clever when arranging containers in order of capacity size.

P3 building core strength muscles and balancing activities whilst feeling the benefit of the beautiful September weather. We love PE outside.
As part of World Book Day celebrations, all classes have been asked to decorate their classroom door with their favourite book.
P3F discussed at length and decided on Horrid Henry. We then got to work!
As you can see, imaginations ran wild and the children came up with some wonderful and equally disgusting ideas!! Perfect for Horrid Henry.
