P7MM and P7L started their week with a Sentinus Activity delivered by Peter. We were tasked to design and build bridges using paper and masking tape. Our bridges were tested for strength using 5-10 litres of water attached to the bridge by a hook. Some very creative designs and great team work.

Both P7 classes started 2024 with some problem-solving using Izak 9. 

We had to work as a team, use effective communication and persevere until we found a solution.

For their WAU theme 'The Human Body', P7L is learning more about the different bones in our body.
Today we found out the scientific names for a few of them.

The boys and girls got to write them down on a post-it note and stick it in the correct place. Luckily, Simon the skeleton was there to help.

This morning, Clounagh Junior High School paid a visit to the P7s of Hart Memorial.

They told them about what to expect next year, having different teachers, several different classrooms and they tried to answer many of our P7's questions.
